Salted caramel cream, 250 g
An intense caramel cream with a fine hint of salt enhances patisserie and desserts in no time at all. The 250 g caramel cream with salt is made in Italy according to an artisan recipe using Italian ingredients and is ready to use. What is it suitable for? For pralines, cakes, éclairs and macarons as well as for cake fillings, ice cream, mousse, buttercream, vanilla cream and ganache. How is it used? Fill hollow praline balls or shells directly from the piping bag and seal them with tempered couverture; if desired, mix with a little chocolate ganache beforehand. To refine creams, simply add a suitable amount. For ice cream, mix the cream into your base mixture; the result is particularly fine if small caramel cubes are added shortly before the end of the freezing time. As a spread or on its own, the balanced combination of caramel and salt ensures a harmonious flavor. Decorate as you wish with sprinkles, chocolate sprinkles or hops flakes.
