Roll out the dough thinly with a rolling pin, lightly flour the work surface, hands, rolling pin and cutter, cut out and bake at 200 °C until golden brown. For a nice embossing, we recommend a dough thickness of about 0.5 cm; rolled out thinly, the biscuits will be crispier, thicker ones will remain softer. To decorate, mix the royal icing according to the instructions, color with food coloring as desired and brush or pipe onto the cooled biscuits, then leave to dry. For cake decorations, roll out the fondant or marzipan with a little baking starch and cut out the motifs. After use, the stainless steel cutter can be easily cleaned in the dishwasher.
