Choosing the right size
For round tins, small to medium diameters are the most popular: around 70 percent of the tall round tins sold measure 10 to 20 cm. The most bought diameters are 15 cm, 20 cm and 25 cm. For springform pans, 20 cm and 28 cm are in demand. Note the diameter in your recipe before you order.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between a springform pan and a round cake tin?
A springform pan has a side that opens with a clasp, so the cake is released sideways. A round cake tin is made in one piece, like our tall aluminium tins, and is particularly suited to tall cakes and layer cakes.
Which material is best?
You will mainly find aluminium, non-stick steel, stainless steel and silicone. All springform pans are non-stick steel, while the tall round tins are mostly aluminium.
Bundt or savarin: what is the difference?
A bundt tin is the ring tin for the classic Gugelhupf, also called Gugelhopf in Switzerland. A savarin tin is also a ring tin with a hole in the middle. You will find both in Bundt & ring tins.
