Cake box 28 x 28 x 15 cm with cake plate Ø 28 cm

This set of sturdy cake box (28 x 28 x 15 cm) and round, silver Ø 28 cm cake plate ensures safe, stylish cake transportation. What is it suitable for? For reliably carrying and presenting both light and heavy cakes, to which the embossed surface of the plate gives an elegant look and the coating prevents softening. The set consists of a white cardboard box and a food-safe cardboard base with tear-resistant aluminum foil; the set is not reusable. How is it used? Choose the right size according to the rule of thumb: leave a 2 cm border all around (example: for a 26 cm cake, a 30 cm plate would be ideal). First layer your cake on a small cardboard base (1-2 cm smaller than the cake) and use a slightly larger base underneath to lift it. After cooling, remove the cake ring, work on a rotating plate and fix the cake in the middle of the final plate with a little buttercream, ganache or jam so that nothing slips. For multi-tiered cakes, use 3-4 sticks per tier as supports. When decorating, the edge of the plate can elegantly conceal transitions - for example with buttercream flowers, fondant figures or a ribbon. Lift the decorated cake together with the plate into the box; the plate fits perfectly and does not slip. Put the lid on, cross a ribbon under the box, run it upwards and tie it into a bow - this will keep everything securely in place. With the box and base, your cake can be transported reliably and presentably.
