Create beautiful biscuits, cake decorations and marzipan figures from various doughs with the cutter set with 12 shapes. The set offers a versatile selection of classic motifs made of robust tinplate from Städter. It is suitable for sweet and savoury doughs as well as for fondant and marzipan and can be used for cakes, cupcakes and muffins. Roll out the dough thinly or about 0.5 cm thick depending on the desired texture, dust the work surface, hands, rolling pin and the moulds with flour and cut out the motifs. Then bake the biscuits in a preheated oven at 200 °C until golden brown. We recommend using cold butter for a stable dough. Place the dough in the fridge for a few minutes as soon as you notice that it is getting too sticky or too warm. Once the biscuits have baked and cooled, you can decorate them with royal icing. The icing can be colored as desired. Apply it to the biscuits with a brush and then decorate them with sprinkles. After decorating, place the biscuits in a dry place to harden. After use, you can soak the cookie cutters briefly in warm water, rinse them and dry them well.
