Hazelnut flavor 50 ml
Give doughs, creams and fillings a natural hazelnut note that is evenly distributed and does not change the consistency. The flavor is obtained naturally, consists of at least 95% fruit and provides a subtle coloring. It refines buttercream, vanilla cream, toppings, sauces, cake and cupcake batter, ice cream and chocolate ganache. The flavor is also bake-stable and ideal for macarons, tarts, cakes and tarts. Prepare the desired mixture, add up to 0.3 g per 100 g and mix well; taste and dose according to taste. For preparations that are baked at over 200 °C, add a little more.
