Natural cherry flavor, 50 ml
Enhance doughs, creams, fillings and sauces with an authentic cherry note that is evenly distributed and does not change the consistency. The flavor consists of at least 95% fruit, is naturally derived and also provides a subtle coloring. What is it suitable for? For buttercream, Swiss meringue, ganache, cake and cupcake batter, ice cream, tarts or flavored macarons. The flavoring liquid is easy to dose and spread evenly. How is it used? Prepare the desired mixture and add up to 0.3 g per 100 g, mix thoroughly and adjust the amount to your taste. For doughs or fillings that are baked at over 200 °C, we recommend using a little more, as heat slightly reduces the flavor. The cherry flavoring can be baked in without any problems, giving baked fillings and cake batters a harmonious cherry note.
