With the Raspberry 50 ml flavoring, you can bring the intense, fruity-fresh taste of sun-ripened raspberries directly into your bakery and give your creations a natural, unmistakable note in no time at all. The aroma is evenly distributed throughout the mixture without changing the consistency and also provides a subtle, appetizing color. It consists of at least 95% fruit and is obtained naturally, resulting in an authentic and harmonious raspberry flavor. It is ideal for vanilla and butter creams, toppings, sauces, cake and cupcake batters, ice cream and chocolate ganache. Macarons also benefit from it - whether in the shell, the filling or in combination with a fine cream. It is very easy to use: up to 0.3 g of flavoring is used per 100 g of mixture. After thorough stirring, the intensity can be individually adjusted. At high baking temperatures above 200 °C, the dosage may be increased slightly, as the flavor is slightly weakened by the heat.
