Cassis flavor, 50 ml
Give doughs, creams and fillings a natural cassis note that spreads finely without changing the consistency. With Aroma Cassis 50 ml, you get a subtle, genuine taste as well as a light coloring, and the aroma can be baked along without any problems.how to use it? Add up to 0.3 g per 100 g of mixture, stir in carefully, taste and add more as required. For doughs or fillings that are baked at over 200 degrees, we recommend a slightly higher dosage, as heat slightly reduces the flavor. What is it suitable for? For buttercreams (e.g. Swiss Meringue), vanilla creams, toppings, sauces, cake batters, cupcakes, ice cream, chocolate ganache and macarons with flavored shells, buttercream or ganache fillings. The flavor consists of at least 95% fruit and is naturally derived; the liquid form can be spread evenly without liquefying the mixture.
