This stainless steel cutter shapes the contours of the biscuits as you cut them out - creating beautifully shaped biscuits that look great even without elaborate decorations. What is the mold suitable for? For a wide variety of cookie doughs, cookie doughs, fondant and marzipan; also ideal for cake, cupcake and muffin decorations. How is it used? Chill the dough briefly, lightly flour the work surface, hands, rolling pin and tin, roll out the dough (approx. 0.5 cm for a clearly visible embossing) and bake at 190 degrees Celsius until golden brown. The embossing makes it easier to decorate with royal icing; if required, use ProGel colors to create specific accents. The embossed bell cookie cutter is made of stainless steel and can be cleaned in the dishwasher after use.
