For savory and sweet dough, fondant or marzipan in many baking projects. The ice crystal cutter, 7 cm measures 7.1 x 6.1 x 1.9 cm and is made of stainless steel, which can simply be put in the dishwasher after use. How is it used? Roll out the floured dough to a thickness of about 0.5 cm, cut out the motifs and bake the biscuits in a preheated oven at 200 °C until golden brown, so that the embossing remains visible. Cold butter and short cooling breaks are recommended for kneading dough so that the shapes release easily.
