This stainless steel Brunsli cutter shapes biscuits, fondant and marzipan with precision and is suitable for both savory and sweet doughs. What is it suitable for? For various types of dough and cake decorations, from shortbread cookies to fondant and marzipan figures. The Brunsli cutter produces even contours: flour the work surface, hands, rolling pin and shape, roll out the dough and cut out. When rolled out thinly, the cookies will be crispy; for softer biscuits and a beautiful embossing, we recommend a thickness of approx. 1 cm. After baking, you can decorate with royal icing or sugar icing, color as desired and apply to the cooled biscuits with a brush or cornet; sprinkle decorations as desired and leave to dry. The Brunsli cookie cutter is made of stainless steel and can be easily cleaned in the dishwasher after use.
