For cookies, cake decorations and decorations on cupcakes and muffins. How is it used? Roll out the dough, flour the work surface, hands, rolling pin and mold and cut out the figures. A dough approx. 0.5 cm thick will show off the embossing particularly well; if rolled out thinner, the cookies will be crispier. Bake the biscuits on baking paper in a preheated oven at 200 °C until golden brown. Cold butter gives dough stability; if the dough becomes sticky, place it briefly in the fridge. For decorations, prepare royal icing according to the instructions on the packet, color it as desired with food coloring and apply it with a brush or cornet; allow the sprinkles to dry afterwards.
