The Städter cookie cutter has an internal embossing that cuts out contours directly and makes decorating easier. What is it suitable for? For various types of dough as well as fondant and marzipan; also perfect for cake, cupcake and muffin decorations. How is it used? Lightly dust the work surface, hands, rolling pin and tin with flour or baking starch, roll out the dough to a thickness of approx. 0.5 cm, cut out, press the embossing button once or twice and eject the motif; place the biscuits on baking paper and bake at 200 °C until golden brown. A simple butter biscuit dough is particularly suitable; cold butter gives stability, chill the dough briefly if necessary. The bear cookie cutter pre-cuts the details cleanly so that you can reduce elaborate decorations or add color with royal icing. Thanks to its size of 6 x 5.5 x 4.5 cm, the bear cutter is versatile and can be used for biscuits, fondant or marzipan and can be cleaned quickly in the dishwasher after use.
