The large dino cutter is ideal for various types of dough and for decorating cakes, cupcakes and muffins with fondant or marzipan. The cutter measures 12 x 2.5 x 13.5 cm and is made of stainless steel. Before use, you should lightly dust the work surface, hands, rolling pin and cutter with flour to prevent the dough from tearing during processing. For a stable dough, we recommend using cold butter, as this holds the dough together and makes it easier to pick up the cut biscuits. If the dough is too warm or sticky, put it in the fridge for a few minutes. Bake the biscuits in a preheated oven at 200 °C until golden brown. Once baked and cooled, the biscuits can be decorated with royal icing. Prepare the icing mix according to the instructions on the packet and color it with ProGel colors if required. Divide the icing into bowls according to the desired colors. Just one dab of ProGel is enough for intense colors. Apply the icing to the biscuits with a brush and decorate with sprinkles as desired. The cutter is also suitable for decorations made from fondant or marzipan: roll out the mixture with a rolling pin and some baking starch and cut out the motifs. After use, the cutter can simply be cleaned in the dishwasher.
