A sparkling motif for biscuits, cookies and cake decorations: the 5.5 cm mold is suitable for a wide variety of doughs as well as for fondant and marzipan. What is it ideal for? For even contours that can be creatively decorated after baking. The cutter allows you to create precise shapes that you can customize with icing, royal icing or food coloring. How is it used? Roll out the dough thinly and flour your work surface, hands, rolling pin and mold so that nothing sticks or tears. When rolled out thinly, the biscuits will be crispy; if the dough is approx. 0.5 cm thick, it will remain softer. Place the cut-out pieces on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius until golden brown. Cold butter is recommended for kneading dough; if the dough becomes warm and sticky, chill briefly. The shape is also practical for cake decorations: roll out the fondant or marzipan, cut out and decorate as desired with a brush or cornet, apply sprinkles and leave to dry thoroughly. The cutter is made of stainless steel, can be cleaned under running water and is also dishwasher-safe.
