Shape biscuits in the characteristic bear motif in no time at all - ideal for sweet or savory doughs. The Bernese cookie cutter measures 7 cm and is suitable for various types of dough as well as for fondant or marzipan. How is it used? Roll out the dough thinly for crispy results or leave it approx. 0.5 cm thick for softer biscuits. Dust the work surface, hands, rolling pin and tin lightly with flour, cut out and bake the pieces on baking paper in a preheated oven at 200 °C until golden brown. What else is the tin useful for? For cake decorations: Roll out fondant or marzipan, cut out motifs and place on the cake. Use royal icing to decorate cooled biscuits as desired; ProGel colors can be used to intensively color the icing and add sprinkle decorations. The cutter is made of stainless steel and can be rinsed under running water or cleaned in the dishwasher after use - so the Bernese cutter is quickly ready for use again.
