The cookie cutter with crown ejector can be used to make beautiful impressions on biscuits that remain clearly visible after baking. The cutter is made of robust material so that even children can use it to cut out biscuits without any problems. Thanks to the inner embossing of the cutter, decorating the biscuits with royal icing afterwards is much easier. We recommend rolling out the dough to a thickness of around 0.5 cm with a little flour or baking starch. Cut out the biscuits with the cutter and leave them on the work surface. Press the embossing button once or twice. The biscuits can then be removed from the mould by pressing the button again and placed on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Once the biscuits have baked and cooled, you can decorate them with royal icing. Divide the icing into as many bowls as the number of colors you want to use. You can use a brush to color the biscuits. If you prefer it less sweet, you can also decorate the biscuits with melted chocolate. The cookie cutter is also ideal for decorating with fondant, marzipan or modeling chocolate. Knead the mixture briefly and roll it out very thinly with baking starch. The decorations can be decorated with royal icing and sugar decorations as described above. They can then be attached directly to cakes, cupcakes or muffins with a little edible glue. After use, the cutter can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
