For optimum stability, mix approx. 3/4 fondant with 1/4 flower paste; only use gel colors for coloring. It is best to leave the figures to dry overnight and then attach them to cakes or pastries using edible glue. If the figure cannot be removed, place the embosser with the mixture in the freezer for 30-60 minutes - this will make the mold easier to remove.
