Modeling chocolate, dark brown
This malleable chocolate mass dries quickly and hardens after modeling. What is the paste suitable for? For roses, flowers and figures as well as for covering cakes and pastries. How is it used? Kneading makes the mixture malleable; after a short kneading, you can create pretty decorations. You can roll out the mass and make creative patterns with cookie cutters or paint it with powder paints and spray it with an airbrush. You can use the modeling chocolate to make anything from simple flowers to elaborate figures for themed cakes and dessert creations.
