This moldable chocolate mass makes creative cake decorations possible in no time at all. What is it suitable for? For roses, flowers and detailed figures that dry quickly and then harden permanently. How is it used? Adding sugar syrup makes the mixture smooth; after kneading it briefly, you can model decorations or cover entire cakes and pastries.
