For biscuits made from a wide variety of doughs, as well as for fondant or marzipan - at 3 cm, it is ideal for small, clean cut-outs. The holly cutter works particularly well on a lightly floured work surface: Roll out the dough thinly for crispy results, at 0.5 cm thickness the biscuits remain softer. Bake the cut-out pieces on baking paper in a preheated oven at 200 °C until golden brown. How to decorate? Royal icing can be colored as desired - use a dab of ProGel to achieve intense colors. Brush the icing onto cooled biscuits or apply with a cornet and leave to dry. The holly cutter is also suitable for cakes: roll out the fondant or marzipan with the rolling pin and a little baker's starch and cut out the small motifs. After use, the easy-care stainless steel mold can be cleaned in no time - simply rinse under running water or wash in the dishwasher.
