Mandarin oil, 30 ml
This pure mandarin oil gives doughs, creams and fillings a natural, fruity aroma and subtle coloring without changing the consistency. Thanks to its oily base, it spreads evenly and is also suitable for baking. What is it suitable for? For cakes and tarts, macarons with a flavored shell, butter creams and ganaches, vanilla and fresh creams, sauces, toppings, ice cream and tarts. How is it used? Prepare the desired mixture and mix in up to 2 g of the oil per 100 g, taste and dose according to taste. For baking temperatures above 200 °C, dose a little more generously, as heat can cause flavor to be lost. With the product Mandarin oil, 30 ml, you can flavor whole cake batters just as reliably as small portions of buttercream without liquefying the mixture.
