Mandarin flavor paste, 120 g
Give creams, sauces, doughs and fillings a subtle, genuine tangerine aroma that is evenly distributed and can even be baked with them. What is it suitable for? For vanilla or buttercream, toppings, sauces, cake and cupcake batters, ice cream mixes or a chocolate ganache - macarons, cakes and tarts also benefit from the fresh tangerine flavor. How is it used? Mix 20-25 g of mandarin flavor paste thoroughly into 500 g of mixture, taste and add more as required. At baking temperatures above 200 °C, it is advisable to flavor a little more generously, as heat can slightly reduce the taste.
