The Super Streusel Drip Cake Glaze creates an even, sky-blue drip on cakes and cupcakes. How to use it? Heat the bottle without the lid for 30 seconds at 800 watts in the microwave, close again and knead well. Then heat for 20 seconds, knead thoroughly and repeat at 10-second intervals until the icing is completely liquid. Without microwave: Place the bottle upright in a hot, non-boiling water bath for 10 minutes, knead thoroughly and heat for a further 5 minutes if necessary. Now pour the icing over the narrow opening of the bottle onto the cake or coated cake and spread. What is the drip cake icing suitable for? For decorative drips and as a base for toppings such as meringues, broken chocolate, fruit, flowers, macarons or sprinkles. Thanks to the practical bottle with integrated cap, the rest can be stored in a cool and dry place; the icing can easily be reheated several times. Important: Do not heat above 50 °C and do not add water to the bottle - otherwise the icing may burn, become gritty or lumpy.
