Drip cake decorations are a breeze with drip cake icing. What is the icing suitable for? For clean drips on cakes and coated cakes, which you can then add meringues, broken chocolate, fruit, flowers, macarons or sprinkle decorations as desired. How is it used? Heat the bottle without the lid for 30 seconds at 800 watts in the microwave, then close and knead well. Heat for a further 20 seconds and knead again; then repeat at 10-second intervals until the icing is completely liquid. Without a microwave, place the bottle upright in a hot, non-boiling water bath for 10 minutes, knead well and heat for a further 5 minutes if necessary. The glaze can be easily applied and spread using the narrow bottle opening. Thanks to the integrated cap, you can reseal the bottle with the leftovers, store it in a cool, dry place and reheat it several times if necessary. Important: Never heat above 50 °C and do not add water to the bottle - otherwise the glaze may burn or become lumpy.
