Drip cake glaze red - 300 g bottle
Super Streusel Glaze Red, 300 gWith the Super Streusel , 300 g, you can create clean drip edges and coatings in no time at all. What is it suitable for? For drip cakes, tarts and cakes with a red, flowing finish. Microwave: Remove the lid, heat for 30 seconds at 800 watts, close again and knead well. Heat for a further 20 seconds and knead again. Then repeat at 10-second intervals until the glaze is completely liquid. Water bath: place upright in hot, non-boiling water for 10 minutes and knead well; if not yet completely melted, place in the water bath for a further 5 minutes. How is it used? Pour the liquid icing over the coated cake and arrange it precisely thanks to the narrow bottle opening. Then decorate as desired with meringues, broken chocolate, fruit, flowers, macarons or sprinkles. Leftovers can be easily resealed with the integrated cap and stored in a cool, dry place. It can be reheated several times; however, never heat above 50 °C, otherwise the icing may burn and become gritty. Important note: Do not add water - otherwise the glaze will become lumpy.
