With the Super Sprinkle Drip Cake Glaze, you can create elegant drip decorations on cakes and spread cakes in no time at all. What is the glaze suitable for? For drip cakes and as a base for meringues, broken chocolate, fruit, flowers, macarons or sprinkle decorations. How is it used? In the microwave: Heat the bottle without the lid for 30 seconds at 800 watts, put the lid on and knead well; heat for a further 20 seconds and knead again; then repeat at 10-second intervals until the icing is completely liquid. Without microwave: Place the bottle upright in a hot, non-boiling water bath for 10 minutes, knead well; if not yet completely melted, place in the water bath for a further 5 minutes. Then use the narrow opening of the bottle to easily arrange and spread the icing on the cake. Simply seal the leftovers thanks to the integrated cap, store in a cool, dry place; the icing can be reheated several times. Important: Do not heat above 50 °C, otherwise it may burn and become gritty. Make sure no water gets into the bottle, otherwise the glaze will become lumpy.
