The Christmas penguin cookie cutter measures 6 cm and is made of robust stainless steel. How is it used? Roll out the dough on a lightly floured work surface, cut out the motifs and bake at 200 °C until golden brown. The biscuits are crispy when rolled out thinly; a thickness of around 0.5 cm produces a softer result. Cold butter is recommended for kneading dough - this keeps the dough stable and makes it easy to cut out. Glaze, royal icing or food coloring are suitable for decorating; allow the biscuits to dry well afterwards. After use, the mold can be cleaned under running water or easily washed in the dishwasher.
