Shape wintry motifs from dough, fondant or marzipan - cleanly, precisely and with an attractive embossing. The ice crystal cutter, 4 cm is made of stainless steel and is suitable for both savory and sweet doughs. Measuring 4.1 x 3.5 x 1.9 cm, it sits comfortably in the hand and is ideal for biscuits or cake decorations. What is it particularly suitable for? For classic butter biscuits, but also for fondant and marzipan elements to enhance your cakes. How is it used? Lightly flour the work surface, rolling pin and tin, roll out the dough thinly; we recommend a dough thickness of approx. 0.5 cm for a clear embossing. Place the biscuits on baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C until golden brown. To decorate, mix royal icing and color with ProGel if required; apply to cooled biscuits and leave to dry. After baking, the stainless steel cutter can easily be cleaned in the dishwasher. With the ice crystal cutter, 4 cm, you can create even, finely embossed winter motifs in no time at all - perfect for baking with children.
