Roll out the dough to a thickness of approx. 5 mm on a lightly floured work surface using the rolling pin, cut out and bake at 200 °C until golden brown. What is the best way to use it? Use cold butter for kneading dough; if the dough becomes soft, chill briefly. Fondant or marzipan can also be rolled out thinly and cut out cleanly.
