With the Little Christmas cookie cutter set, you can shape Christmas cookies as well as fondant and marzipan decorations in no time at all. Roll out the dough thinly or to approx. 0.5 cm, dust the work surface, hands, rolling pin and cookie cutter with flour and cut out the motifs. Then bake the biscuits in a preheated oven at 200 °C until golden brown. Thinly rolled out biscuits will be crispy, at approx. 0.5 cm they will remain soft. Cold butter is suitable for classic doughs. If necessary, place the dough briefly in the fridge if it is too sticky or too warm. After baking, the biscuits can be decorated with royal icing. The icing can be colored with ProGel colors and applied with a brush. Finally, you can decorate the biscuits with sprinkles. The set is also suitable for cake decorations made from fondant or marzipan. Roll out the mixture with a rolling pin and some baking starch and cut out the motifs. After use, the cutters can be cleaned under running water or conveniently washed in the dishwasher.
