With the snowman cutter with ejector, you can cut out detailed biscuits from dough, fondant or marzipan in no time at all. The integrated embossing transfers the contours directly when cutting out and makes it easier to decorate with royal icing afterwards. The cutter measures 5.3 × 3.7 × 4.5 cm. Dust the work surface, hands, rolling pin and cutter with flour or baking starch before use. For a stable dough, it is advisable to use cold butter as it holds the dough together. Place the dough in the fridge for a few minutes if it becomes too sticky or too warm. To ensure that the embossing remains clearly visible after baking, the biscuits should be rolled out to a thickness of about 0.5 cm. After cutting out the biscuits, hold them down and press the embossing button once or twice. Press the button again to release the biscuit effortlessly from the mould. Place the biscuits on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 200 °C until golden brown. After use, the cutter can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
