For shaping, lifting and baking bread dough in a pan or on a tray; it adapts to the dough so that it rises evenly. How is it used? Dust the surface lightly with flour (optionally thinly oil it), place the risen dough in it, shape it and then lift it into the hot pan - this minimizes warping and sticking. To clean the bowl, rinse it with warm soapy water or use the dishwasher, depending on the manufacturer's instructions. Avoid harsh cleaning agents and direct contact with heat sources. With the oval silicone bread sling, transferring to the cast iron pan is particularly safe and baking is noticeably more convenient.
