It measures 8 cm and is made of stainless steel. What is it suitable for? For various types of dough, fondant and marzipan - ideal for joint baking and creative decorations on cakes and gateaux. How is it used? Lightly flour the work surface, hands, rolling pin and tin, roll out the dough and cut out. When rolled out thinly, the cookies will be crispy; for softer biscuits, leave the dough about 0.5 cm thick. Place on a lined baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C until golden brown. Royal icing or glaze is suitable for decorating; the biscuits can be individually colored with food coloring. If necessary, keep the dough cool: cold butter gives dough stability and makes it easier to cut out cleanly. After use, simply rinse under running water or clean in the dishwasher.
