Prepare a simple butter or shortcrust pastry with cold butter, roll it out on a lightly floured work surface with the rolling pin and cut out the shapes. When rolled out thinly, the biscuits will be crispy; if they are about 0.5 cm thick, they will remain softer. Place on baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C until golden brown. Royal icing, icing or tempered chocolate are suitable for decorating; colors can be mixed in individually. Apply the icing to the completely cooled biscuits and then leave to dry. The Geo cookie cutter is 8 cm in size and can be easily rinsed under running water or cleaned in the dishwasher after use - so it is quickly ready for use again.
