Bone cookie cutter

The bone cookie cutter made from robust stainless steel is a real all-rounder in the bakery. It delights both two-legged and four-legged friends and can be used for a wide variety of occasions. The mould is suitable for classic butter biscuits, Milanese biscuits, gingerbread and pointed biscuits as well as for fondant, marzipan and flower paste. The bone cookie cutter is particularly popular for homemade dog treats made from dog-friendly dough, for children's birthday parties with a dog theme, archaeology or dinosaur parties and for Halloween baking. The cookie cutter can also be used wonderfully for savoury treats. Cheese slices, sausage leaves or puff pastry flakes can be turned into original bone snacks that add an imaginative touch to Halloween buffets and children's birthday party aperitifs. Dog-friendly doughs made from wholegrain flour, liver sausage, tuna or banana are particularly suitable for homemade dog treats. Please avoid sugar, chocolate, raisins, onions and strongly spiced ingredients for dog treats. An ordinary shortcrust pastry with cold butter is suitable for classic biscuits. Baker's starch works better than flour for rolling out and cutting. Its fine grain ensures smooth surfaces and the typical white edges on the finished biscuits are avoided. Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 0.5 cm, cut out the bones and carefully lift the motifs onto the baking tray lined with baking paper. Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake the biscuits until golden brown. The baking time and temperature depend on the recipe and the type of dough. If the dough is too warm or sticky, place it briefly in the fridge. If the dough is rolled out too thinly, fine pieces will break. Always use cold butter for kneading dough because it gives the dough stability. After cooling, decorate the bone biscuits for humans with royal icing, icing or chocolate. Dog treats are best left undecorated or given a thin glaze of yogurt and banana. The stainless steel cutter is dishwasher-safe and will last a long time. A versatile helper for baking fun on two and four paws.
