Roll out the dough thinly, dust the work surface, hands, rolling pin and shape lightly with flour and cut out the motifs. For crispy results, roll out the dough thinly, for softer biscuits leave it about 0.5 cm thick and bake at 200 °C until golden brown. Cold butter is ideal for kneading dough and provides stability. If the dough becomes sticky, chill briefly. Once cooled, you can decorate the alpaca biscuits with icing, food coloring or royal icing to make each shape an eye-catcher.
