Then remove the biscuits with the cutter and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. After baking, the biscuits can be decorated with coloured royal icing. Divide the icing into as many bowls as the number of colors you wish to use. You can then color the biscuits with a brush. You can also stick on sugar decorations. If you prefer it less sweet, you can also decorate the biscuits with a little melted chocolate. With your decorations, each biscuit becomes a small work of art. The cutter is also ideal for decorations made from various sugar masses and even modelling chocolate. Pre-knead the mixture and roll it out very thinly with baking starch. The finished motifs can be decorated and embellished with royal icing and sugar decorations, just like the biscuits. The motifs can then be attached directly to cakes, cupcakes or muffins with a little edible glue. After use, the cutter can easily be cleaned in the dishwasher.
