The 3-piece nozzle adapter in medium size is the more robust version for larger nozzles. It consists of three components, which together provide a particularly stable fit for the nozzle. The medium size is ideal for medium to larger-sized nozzles, such as those used for cupcake toppings, rosettes, éclairs and lavish decorations. The key advantage of an adapter is that you can change nozzles during the piping process without having to empty the piping bag or decant the mixture. This is a huge time saver when decorating cakes with different decorative elements. To use, insert the inner part of the adapter into the piping bag after you have cut off the tip accordingly. The threaded neck sticks out at the front. Attach the nozzle from the outside and secure it with the outer part. The third component provides additional stability and a clean seal. The medium adapter size is the right choice for large rosette nozzles and star nozzles from 12 mm upwards. For very small nozzles, it is better to use the small adapter, as the medium adapter is otherwise too large. The adapter is made of food-safe plastic and is very durable. After use, disassemble it into its three parts and clean them with hot water or in the dishwasher.
