It includes a white cardboard box (30 x 30 x 15 cm) and a round, extra strong silver cake plate (Ø 30 cm) with fine embossing. What is the set suitable for? For both light and heavy cakes, including tiers, which need to be carried and presented safely. How is it used? Allow for a 2 cm border all around the plate - for Ø 26 cm cakes, choose Ø 30 cm plates. First layer the cake on thin bases, chill them, remove the cake ring and use a rotating plate for spreading. Spread some buttercream, ganache or jam in the middle of the aluminum surface, place the bottom layer in the middle and carefully pull out the large auxiliary layer. Stabilize the tiers with 3-4 cake pins per tier. The edge of the plate is ideal for covering slices and for decorating. Lift the decorated cake and plate into the box, close the lid and secure everything with a ribbon crossed under the base - preferably with two people. The base is made of food-safe cardboard and tear-resistant aluminum foil; the surface does not soften thanks to the coating. The box is made of cardboard and the set is not reusable.
