For light to heavy, even multi-tiered cakes. How is it used? Select the plate size with a rim of around 2 cm on each side; 30 cm is recommended for a cake diameter of 26 cm. For layering, first use thin cardboard bases (one small one, 1-2 cm below the cake diameter, and a slightly larger one as a support), chill the cake for about 1 hour and fix the final cake layer with a little buttercream, ganache or jam to prevent it from sliding. For tiers, use 3-4 cake sticks per tier. The round silver plate (Ø 28 cm) is made of food-safe cardboard and is coated with tear-resistant aluminum foil; a subtle embossed pattern ensures an appealing look, the surface does not soften.
