Silicone baking mat perforated round, 40 curves Ø 4.8 cm

The perforated silicone mat with 40 small round indentations brings patisserie results to the home kitchen. The integrated moulds make it possible to create uniform pastries that are otherwise only achieved by professionals. Food-safe silicone is robust and heat-resistant. Nothing sticks and everything comes away cleanly after baking. The mat has 40 Ø 4.8 cm rounds, each with a size of Ø 4.8 cm. Fine micro-holes ensure better air circulation. The dough bakes faster, more evenly and crisper. The mat is suitable for sweet and savory creations. Tartelettes with shortcrust pastry bases, choux (cream puffs) made from choux pastry, puff pastry baskets or small yeast dough pastries can be baked simultaneously in all the cavities. The very small size is ideal for amuse-bouches, mini tarts as an aperitif classic or for petit fours in large quantities. To use, place shortcrust pastry directly into the cavities. For choux pastry, use a perforated spout to pipe the mixture into the rounds. Alternatively, turn the mat over and bake puff pastry squares on the indentations as crispy baskets for aperitifs or desserts. The mat works on conventional baking trays. However, you will achieve the best results on a perforated tray, as hot air can then also flow through the tray. Cleaning is easy: warm water, washing-up liquid, done. The dishwasher is also possible. After cleaning, leave to dry thoroughly before putting the mat away.
