The application requires some preparation, but is worthwhile: first clean the chocolate mold thoroughly and polish the individual molds. The mold should be at room temperature. Then spray the half mold with cocoa butter paint using an airbrush or use a brush to apply the paint. Press the handle into the matching stamp and heat the stamp slightly. This can be done in a water bath or very carefully with a hot air blower. Then carefully press the stamp into the appropriate indentation in the mold. The heated surface allows the motif to be precisely imprinted. Then pour tempered chocolate into the mold, tap it and remove any excess chocolate. Chill briefly, fill and close.
