The tree cutter is dimensionally stable and conjures up a clear tree motif in biscuits, fondant or marzipan. It is ideal for a wide variety of doughs, from classic butter biscuits to creative cake decorations and savoury variations. The cutter is 6.5 cm in size and made of stainless steel, which makes it particularly robust. Dust the work surface, hands, rolling pin and cutter lightly with flour before use. For a clearly visible embossing, we recommend rolling out the dough to a thickness of around 0.5 cm. Then bake the biscuits in a preheated oven at 200 °C until golden brown. Cold butter is recommended for stable doughs. If the dough becomes too sticky, chill it briefly. Once cooled, you can decorate the biscuits with royal icing, icing or melted chocolate as desired. Apply the icing with a brush or piping bag and finish by decorating the biscuits with sprinkles.
