Here is Enchanted Cream, which is truly magical.

This light and creamy cream is ready in just a few minutes and is perfect for decorating cupcakes or cakes.

It is white and can be coloured in endless ways. It has a light vanilla flavour, but any other Liquid aroma can be added.

Preparation for 1 portion : Mix 150 g of the mixture with 100 ml of milk and 100 ml of water for 3 minutes at high speed. Add flavourings as desired. The cream is suitable as a filling or for decoration and can be used immediately. The prepared cream can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5–6 days; stir briefly before reusing. If preferred, milk (200 ml) or water alone (200 ml) may also be used. One portion of Enchanted Cream can be used to fill 2 layers and cover 1 cake (25 cm diameter), or to decorate between 24 and 30 cupcakes.

If you do not wish to refrigerate the cream, we recommend preparing it with water only.
