A red mirror glaze for the finishing touch on your Christmas log!
Don't you know how to make your mirror glaze to decorate your Christmas log?
Opt for a quick and easy solution with this beautiful, ready-to-use iridescent red mirror icing.
It's ideal for covering your logs, desserts, mousses, bavarian and other pastries.
However, it is essential that your pastry is frozen for the icing to adhere properly.
This 300g pot will glaze 6 small individual desserts or a 25-30cm long log.
If you prefer gold at Christmas, we also have ready-to-use gold mirror icing.

Ingredients: glucose syrup, water, pectin, sodium alginate, carrageenan, citric acid, sodium citrate, calcium lactate, tricalcium phosphate, potassium sorbate, colourings : E555, E172, E129*; flavour.
E129 may have unwanted side effects in terms of children’s activity and attention.
Instructions: dilute 300g of glaze with 20g of water. Heat the pot in a bain-marie to 50°C (without the lid), stirring regularly with a whisk. The icing should be poured over your frozen mass once it has reached 45°C!
