Cane Sugar: Origin and Properties
Cane sugar is obtained from the juice of the sugar cane, which originates in Asia. The juice has a natural brown colour that can be removed through targeted further processing. The Monin Syrup uses this method to produce a colour-neutral Syrup with the full, unmistakable cane sugar aroma, without the brown colouring.
