Colour Mill oil-based dye yellow, 100 ml
What is it suitable for? Ideal for buttercream, Swiss meringue, chocolate, cake batter, ganache and sugar masses; also for flower and modeling pastes, marzipan, cake mixes, pastries, icing, isomalt, piping gel and cake icing mixes. With Colour Mill yellow oil-based colourant, you use a special oil mixture that is optimally dispersed in sugar, eggs and butter to create vibrant, rich and streak-free shades. Thanks to micro-fine grinding and the oil-based formula, it delivers even results and, unlike water-based gel colors, is particularly suitable for high-fat applications such as chocolate. How to use it? Shake well before use, dose sparingly - preferably with the end of a cocktail stick or via the practical dosing cap - and give the color a short time to develop before adding more. The Colour Mill oil-based yellow dye is bake-proof, UV and fade-resistant; if diluted with alcohol, the drying time will be longer. Store in a cool, dry place, protected from sunlight.
