Thanks to the special oil mixture, the color is optimally distributed in high-fat ingredients such as sugar, eggs and butter; water-based components have been replaced by oil-based alternatives, which means that it bonds better than classic gel colors. A special micro-milling process ensures uniform, streak-free coloring. What is it suitable for? In addition to buttercream and chocolate, it is also suitable for flower pastes, gumpastes, modeling pastes, marzipan, cake mixes, pastries, icing, isomalt, piping gel and cake icing mixes. With Colour Mill oil-based red dye, you can achieve vibrant shades that do not fade quickly thanks to the UV and fade-resistant formula and are also bake-proof. How to use the colorant? Shake well before use, then dose minimally - ideally with the end of a cocktail stick or using the practical dosing lid. Add a few drops to the mixture and wait briefly, as the color will develop over time; this will prevent you from overdosing. The paint can be diluted with alcohol if necessary; it will then take longer to dry but will last longer. Store the bottle in a cool, dry place away from light. Note: Pigments can vary in weight, which is why the bottle weight varies; the filling quantity and color strength are always the same.
